On May 14th the class of Reception went to the Butterfly House in Bordano (UD) to visit the greenhouses and participate in a workshop focused on the life cycle of the butterfly!

This is the largest Butterfly House in Italy and one of the most important in Europe. Several large air-conditioned greenhouses contain animals and plants from three different ecosystems: The African jungle, the Asian and Australian rainforests, the Amazon. In each greenhouse a thousand butterflies, belonging to hundreds of different species, fly free.

This was a special morning for all the children of Reception!
